Dil Ki Khwahishein, is Utkarsh's second release after the success of Aao Doob Jaaye from February last year.
His passion for music helped him reach heights on Rising Star 2 back in 2018 representing the UK during the international special. He had the honour of performing in front of the legendary Shankar Mahadevan, Monali Thakur and Diljit Dosanjh.
