Stuffed Green Peppers:
1/4 Cup crushed cummin ( Jeera)
1 Grated Onion
Salt to taste
2 table spoons of coconut
1 table spoon of sesame seeds (tal)
gram flour (chana) for grinding
Pound tal and jeera together. Add the rest of the ingredients and stuff the washed and halved green peppers ( maybe left whole and only slit for stuffing) Fry in shallow oil over low heat till the peppers are done. Deliciouse as a side course with rice or meat dishes.
