RECIPE : PALAK PANEER
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo spinach (palak)..boil and grind
1 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon garlic
1 cup milk
1/4 cup ghee
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
1 teaspoon soya
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pkt paneer or cottage cheese
Preparation:
Heat the ghee and fry the garlic then add the spinach and fry.Now add the milk,cream,salt,red chillie powder and soya.When this becomes thick and the oil starts showing,add the paneer and let it cook.Remove after a couple of minutes.....serve hot !!
Enjoy your delicious palak paneer with pillao rice ,mango chutney and poppadoms accompanied by a glass of sweet or salty lassi.

Take a spoonful of besan(chickpeas flour),a pinch of turmeric,a spoonful of pure honey and a spoonful of olive oil.
Create a paste mixing these well.Rub this paste on your face just like you would apply cream and magic...........
you'll find your dry skin will soon start glowing...this is especially for those who have dry skin.
