How long you been at Sabras Radio?

I started in February 2014

When did you realise that you wanted to become a radio jockey?

I’ve always loved Indian music and films and enjoy talking about the same with friends and family, so when the opportunity came up to share my opinions with the world, I grabbed the chance. I can’t really pinpoint any particular year or date.

What do you enjoy most about being on-air?

I enjoy playing songs which people haven’t heard for a long time, which hopefully bring back some fond memories for them.

Memorable on air moment?

My first show. That’s a moment I’ll never forget.

Memorable on air caller?

I think every caller brings something special to the show.

Favourite past time?

Just relaxing at home with family and friends.


Reading, writing and of course watching Bollywood films.

Most important person in your life?

I’m blessed to have lots of amazing people in my life.

Happiest moment of your life?

Hopefully, that’s yet to come.

Anything chatpata with a spicy kick

Favourite drink?

My mornings begin with a glass of orange juice, so it has to be that.

There are so many amazing places in the world, I hope I get to see them one-by-one.

Neighbours and Home and Away

Childhood crush?

Aamir Khan, who’s still doing movies today!

I’m a hopeless singer.
